This ministry exists to glorify God through the ministry of music, and to worship and lead others to worship in spirit and truth. You will hear music that is contemporary and uplifting while worshipping the Lord.
Our worship style is contemporary and is typically 15 - 20 minutes which is integrated during our message. This is a sweet time of lifting God up in praise, expressing our love and gratitude for all He has done for us. Focusing on Him takes our eyes off ourselves and in the process we are encouraged, refreshed and drawn closer to God.
Our goal is not to entertain, but rather to use the gifts that God has given us to promote an "entering in" to the presence of God through the Holy Spirit.
There are opportunities to serve in this ministry. Has God given you a talent vocally, playing a musical instrument or running sound equipment? A gift from God in this area and a heart to worship in spirit and truth are required. The Worship Team practices every Thursday night and leads us in songs of worship each Sunday. We can all participate with the Worship Team by coming each Sunday ready to praise Jesus and remembering them in our prayers.
