Our children's ministry strives to exemplify Jesus' love for the little children as it is written in Matthew 19:14: "Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." We rely primarily on God's direction to plan our curriculum and activities that encourage our children to get to know God and make an early choice in their lives to follow Him.
We offer a loving ministry to children, from our nursery to fourth grade. We are committed to a safe, clean and caring environment for infants and toddlers (up to 2 years old) where they will learn simple, foundational truths from God's Word. Our nursery is open throughout our Sunday service. The preschool through Kindergarten and 1st - 4th grade groups have an optional, alternative worship time. When dismissed, they will be escorted to their Sunday School classes. Children will remain in their class until their parents pick them up.
Throughout the year activities are planned for our children such as Kid's Camp In, cookie bakes, holiday festivities, picnics, etc. Watch the weekly bulletins and newsletter for announcements on such events.
